Welcome to the InterOp Family!

Founded in 2005, the InterOp solutions are the preferred premium solutions to over 400 public safety agencies.  We strive to develop the most user-friendly and richly featured law enforcement software systems on the market. We offer our clients a full InterOp product suite including CAD, Records Management, Mobile Data, Live Scan, NCIC, and other specialized interfaces all tailored specifically for the unique needs of each agency.

 

The InterOp team has seen steady growth throughout our history, and have managed that growth with well thought out products and superior, personal customer service. Of the 21 current InterOp team members, all but 2 are actively engaged daily in customer support, customer training, and product development. Our leadership is hands-on in every project and more accessible than any that can be found in our market.

 

What does that mean for you? It means that our commitment to customer support is not tongue in cheek. Lead by Larry Dowell, your InterOp Implementation Team will work with you step by step to ensure a seamless transition into your new system.  The sections below contain questionnaires and workbooks we will need returned to begin building your new solution(s).

 

Once we have received the completed documentation, we will reach out to your designated project coordinator to schedule a project kick off meeting. We will meet with you, your IT department and members of your staff to gain a better understanding of your networking environment and day to day operations. We will also begin the first steps of data migration, if necessary, at this stage.

Getting Started
